i decide to do something crazy
and check how much simple workstation can handle
idea was to exact models just like in real life.
i mean without displacement. just pure grometry.
and it was a modeling experiment, to see if its worth to suffer so much.

when i model a character, i realize so it will be to simple .
so i ask my wife to do some amazing helmet based on LOTR movie.

when she was working on it i was working on cloths.
and there was missing something on cloth.
when i saw her helmet i has to do something like she doing.
so i did broch. and it was really small object compare to her helmet. after that i have hudge respect to her

anyway, finally we finish our family project

to do this character i use maya and after zbrush for details on mouth and around the eyes.
textures in photoshop.
to create cloth i use maya cloth, and maya fur. as i remember there was 1 300 000 small hairs on the fabric.
also tiny hairs on the face, but i dont remember right now how many of them.
making long story short, i try to do everything exact as it is in real life.

if we reach our goal, you will decide.
one thing is sure, i can't do that better
